If payment by bank transfer has been agreed, the seller provides the bank details in an invoice or a message relating to the particular order.

2. Products and buyers

The store offers jerky, kabanos sausages, tasting sets and pet treats. Pet treats are intended for animals and must not be used as food for people.

The buyer may be an individual with the necessary legal capacity, an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity. Consumer protection legislation applies to buyers who qualify as consumers under Ukrainian law. Additional terms for wholesale or other business supplies may be agreed between the parties.

The product name, ingredients, package weight, price and other characteristics are stated on the relevant product page. Shelf life and storage conditions are determined by the manufacturer and shown on the label. Products must be stored and used in accordance with their labelling and must not be consumed after their expiry date.

3. Placing and confirming an order

The buyer selects products and quantities, provides contact details, chooses an available delivery and payment method, and submits the order through the website. Before confirming, please check the order contents, phone number, email address and delivery details.

Submitting an order and confirming that you have read this offer constitutes acceptance of its terms. The order and its terms are confirmed by the seller in an electronic message. Where necessary, the seller contacts the buyer by the phone number or email provided to clarify the details.

If a product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled on the agreed terms, we notify the buyer and propose a different delivery time, a replacement or a refund of the amount paid. Products are not substituted and the agreed price is not changed without the buyer’s consent.

4. Prices and payment

Website prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The product price payable by the buyer is final and includes any taxes that must be included under Ukrainian law. Delivery charges and any carrier’s cash-on-delivery fee are payable separately under the terms disclosed when the order is placed.

Available payment methods depend on the selected delivery option and are displayed at checkout. These may include online bank card payment through LiqPay, payment on delivery, or cash payment when collecting an order in person. Bank card payment details are processed by the payment service under its own terms.

The seller provides a receipt or other payment document in the cases and manner required by law. Current terms are also available on the Payment and Delivery page.

5. Delivery and receipt of goods

Orders may be collected in Lviv or delivered using the Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta services available on the website. The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch is stated on the website or agreed when the order is confirmed. Transit time depends on the selected carrier and route.

Delivery costs are determined by the terms disclosed at checkout and the carrier’s tariffs. Where necessary, the delivery time or cost is clarified with the buyer before dispatch.

When receiving an order, we recommend checking the quantities, product names, packaging and labels. If you find damage, notify the seller and, where possible, the carrier’s representative. The absence of an unpacking video or a signed damage report does not remove the buyer’s statutory rights.

6. Quality, claims and returns

The seller supplies goods that correspond to the order and meet mandatory legal requirements. If a food product is unfit for consumption, the buyer may request a replacement with a suitable product or a refund. Claims relating to other goods are considered under the applicable law.

The conditions for exchanging or returning goods of satisfactory quality and withdrawing from a distance contract depend on the product category and statutory exceptions. They do not restrict rights relating to goods of unsatisfactory quality.

Contact procedures, return arrangements and refund deadlines are described on the Exchanges and Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Claims may be submitted by email or by the phone numbers stated in section 1. This offer does not shorten statutory deadlines or restrict statutory rights.

7. Personal data

Contact details and order information are processed to place, pay for and deliver the order, provide payment documents and customer support, and fulfil legal obligations. Data necessary for these purposes may be shared with the carrier, payment service and other service providers involved in fulfilling the order, as permitted by law.

Advertising messages are sent with the buyer’s separate consent where required by law. Unsubscribing from advertising does not prevent messages needed to fulfil an order. Questions about personal data may be sent to the seller’s email address.

8. Other terms

The parties are responsible for performing the contract in accordance with Ukrainian law. If this offer conflicts with mandatory legal provisions, those provisions take precedence.

Changes to the offer are published on this page and apply to subsequent orders. The terms of an existing contract are not changed without a lawful basis or the parties’ agreement.

If a dispute arises, please contact us so that we can seek a resolution. This does not restrict the buyer’s right to contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, other competent authorities or a court in accordance with the law.
