Delivery
- Nova Poshta: delivery across Ukraine to a branch or parcel locker.
- Ukrposhta: delivery across Ukraine with Standard and Express services.
- Pickup in Lviv: select this option at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. This is the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order; transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
The buyer pays for delivery at the carrier’s rates. The cost depends on the parcel’s weight and dimensions, destination and selected service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Payment
- Online card payment via LiqPay — prepayment. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page.
- Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt. Delivery and the money transfer fee are charged at the carrier’s rates.
- Cash payment when collecting your order in Lviv.
